The Wound and The Healer

We must come to see our Lord in His fullness, for He is in the wound and our Healer.

 The Samaritan story can be seen in this Light the traveler was wounded by what may have seemed as a stranger, and yet a stranger carries him to safety and recovery.

 We must see He works all things together for our good, Job’s story validates this clearly.
 When we can step back and seek understanding He will provide just that.

Come, and let us return unto the LORD;

For He hath torn, and He will heal us,

He hath smitten, and He will bind us up.

  After two days will He revive us,

On the third day He will raise us up, that we may live in His presence.

  And let us know, eagerly strive to know the LORD,

   His going forth is as sure as the morning;

And He shall come to us as the rain;

As the latter rain that watererth the earth”

Hosea 6:1~3

The ‘Snake Bite’ and The Antidote

We all have the venom….

Scripture states that this age is under a foul and rebellious spiritual influence, and it only takes a causal observation to see the fruit of this deception.
Of this deception mans religious mindset is formed, this is displayed in various ways, all of which are devisive, religiosity is indeed devilish, we all are snake bitten and the venom of distortion and half truths can be found in us all…so what is our hope??
It’s exactly as our brother Paul stated…what a wretched man I am…and the remaining portion is our hope…
“Thanks be to God, through Jesus Christ our Lord!”
Yes it’s the workmanship of His hands that transitions us from death (our carnal snake bitten thinking) into His Life, Light and Love.
This is what Grace is, the workmanship of His hands inwardly, and His Mind becoming our thoughts.
It’s only as His mind becomes our plumb line, our nature that we begin the ascent out of the ‘snake pit’ of religiosity into the clear clean Living Water of the Spirit of Christ. As our brother Paul also stated…
“allow this Mind to be in you that was in Christ Jesus” this Mind is the Mind of our Father.
Blessings in Christ!

Reaping and Sowing…

A friend posted this observation:

“We too often cry out from our reaping. .when we need to understand it is WE who have sown, that needs delivered, to change what is reaped…” K.E.

I Agree fully, its a learning process, a constant refining of our hearts and minds.

We do indeed reap what we sow, think, believe, the trick is from which nature are we sowing from.

We must not loose heart, as we discover our errors, they too are a part of our development, we must learn from them.

Repentance is vital, and yes we repent of acts, but the issue is to see what repentance means. It is to move from our ego based perspectives, and into our Lords Nature.

This is where Faith through His grace provides us with true hope, and True Love.

Love being His Nature, Spirit, or Life.

We must learn to live Love.

Remembering Home…

The prodigal son awakens to his condition and remembers his fathers home, and this memory sustained him on his sojourn home.

Upon returning his heart was overwhelmed in the way he was received by his father.

There are many aspects of the Luke 15 story that are remarkable, what is meeting my heart this morning is his remembrance of home, and his desire to return to his father.

I see passion, brokenness, and humility in the son. And I see mercy, grace and love in the father.

Love conquers all that is apart from Love

“But I have this complaint against you. You don’t love me or each other as you did at first!” Revelation 2:4 NLT

Returning Home is remembering the Love we knew before time…
